 2012香港第八屆世界龍舟俱樂部錦標賽 初步報名 為使上述賽事的運作更加暢順，請各有意參加上述比賽的本港隊伍，在2011年12月15日(星期四) 前，務必填妥隨函附上的初步報名表格(第5頁)，郵寄或親身遞交回本會秘書處 (地址：香港銅鑼灣掃桿埔大球場徑一號奧運大樓1032室香港龍舟協會) 由本會完成確認手續報名。如本會未能於2011年12月15日(星期四) 前收到 貴會的申請，則作棄權論。 若在該賽事的組別中，有超過五隊報名，本會將按照「第十三屆香港龍舟錦標賽暨2012年第八屆世界俱樂部龍舟錦標賽選拔」的成績排名次序決定推薦的隊伍。各個組別決賽成績排名最高的隊伍順序優先獲邀請，各組別隊伍數目最多五隊。在選拔賽內若組別不足5隊參賽或不足3隊而取消的組別，則有報名參加該屆香港龍舟錦標賽該項組別隊伍優先，其餘名額以隊伍參加本年度本會賽事的活躍程度排名，若仍未能選出適合隊伍，最後以抽韱方式決定。 所有初步報名的隊伍推薦結果，將於2011年12月21日(星期二)上載於本會網頁，獲薦隊伍請自行遞交報名表予國際龍舟聯合會。 請各隊伍盡快回覆。 查詢 香港龍舟協會體育幹事梁清華小姐或行政助理劉文雅小姐 電話：(852)8106 8134 傳真：(852)2577 1873 電子郵箱：admins@hkdba.com.hk 網址：www.hkdba.com.hk 希望能在未來的賽事與您會面！ 秘書處 香港龍舟協會 電話：8106 8134 傳真：2577 1873 地址：香港銅鑼灣掃桿埔大球場徑一號奧運大樓一Ｏ三二室 大會將保留對賽事的修改權利。更新資訊將會上載於香港龍舟協會的網頁http://www.hkdba.com.hk Dear All Voting Members, 8th CLUB CREW WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS, HONG KONG 2012 PROVISIONAL ENTRY In order to smoothen the registration process, all Hong Kong Teams who are interested to join the captioned event should fill in the attached provisional entry form (page 5) and return it to the HKDBA secretariat before Thursday 15th December, 2011 either by mail or in person (Address: HKDBA, Room 1032, Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong). Such form will then be immediately scrutinized for endorsement. If the Secretariat fails to receive your entry form before 15th December, 2011 you team will be disqualified for entry the 8th CCWC, NO late application will be entertain. In case there are more than 5 entries in a category, HKDBA will accord the overall ranking in the “13th Hong Kong Dragon Boat Championships cum 2012 CCWC selection”, the higher ranking position will have the priority. 5 teams will be nominated in each category. For the categories those were less than 5 teams in such category or such category was cancelled at the selection, the priority will be given to those enrolled teams. The rest of the application quotas will be determined by the teams’ frequency of participation in the races organized by HKDBA this year. If suitable teams are still not selected, drawing process would be the way to determine. The result of recommendation for teams at provisional entry stage will be uploaded on our website on 21st December, 2011, Tuesday.
